We hire across three broad functional areas. Whether your background is in logistics and operations, engineering and technical services, or commercial and business development — there may be a place for you at Aristopole Group.
Our operations and logistics team is the backbone of Aristopole Group — managing procurement, freight, warehousing, customs clearance and last-mile delivery across the DRC. We look for organised, resilient professionals with experience in supply chain management, freight forwarding or warehouse operations.
Our engineering and technical team supports clients with product selection, equipment commissioning, maintenance planning and field service. We work with hydraulic systems, pumps, crushing equipment and mining machinery, and we value engineers who combine technical depth with practical problem-solving skills.
Our commercial team drives new client acquisition, manages key accounts and develops our strategic partnerships across the DRC and beyond. We look for commercially astute, entrepreneurial individuals with a genuine passion for Africa's business landscape and strong networks in the mining, construction or industrial sectors.
